A mother of three, a grandmother of four, Nana was born in 1954. A true wonder in the kitchen; her recipes are made with love and fueled by passion. Despite her small size, Nana embodies fierceness and strength. She walks boldly and creates delicately. She is known for her traditional proverbs, delicious cooking and most of all, her authentic Palestinian ka’ak.
