Nana’s date cookies have always been a family favourite. A truly unique treat, it takes a modern twist on traditional ka’ak to give you the ‘Date-O’.

It all started as a simple family idea four years ago, and has grown quickly into Nana’s Bakery! We may have not met yet but I’m Lina, and as the founder of Nana’s Bakery I would like to share the story and inspiration behind our brand with you.

Nana, also known as my mama, is a mother of three and grandmother of four, and she is the inspiration behind Nana’s Bakery. A true wonder in the kitchen, her recipes are made with love and fuelled by passion and creativity. And there was nothing I looked forward to more than her authentic Palestinian ka’ak every Eid.

In turn, we bring to you Nana’s Date-O’s: the perfect breakfast, midday snack and late-night treat. Nana’s Date-Os gives you a natural kick of energy with a crust that balances the level of sweetness. The difference from traditional ka’ak is that Nana’s Date-Os are vegan, with no artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.

Today, Nana’s Bakery operates online and delivers across the UK, in hopes of bringing you a unique taste from our home. We hope you enjoy Nana’s Date-Os as much as we do!
